Posting + Shipping
For UK customers purchases of £45 and less parcels will be despatched using Royal 1st class with proof of post.
For purchases over £45 - £99 parcels will be despatched using Royal Mail recorded delivery and ordes £100+ special delivery. This is to ensure all parcels are tracked and insured whilst in transit, a proof of delivery will be requested.
International customers - parcels will be despatched using the most economical and effiecient method of shipping dependant on the weight - Royal Airsure or similar forms of shipping will be used. Items will be insured with proof of delivery requested and tracked whilst in transit.
If an alternative form of shipping is required please contact the Boutique in advance.
Returns & Refunds
At The LBD Boutique we offer a 7 day return from the date of the receipt for a refund or exchange. If a return is required in the first instance please email the Boutique firstname.lastname@example.org to inform which items will be returned.
Any items returned must be unworn with all sales tags and labels in tact from when despatched. If there are signs of wear an email will be sent to ask if the buyer would prefer items to be returned or sent for inspection and a professional report of wear and tear relevant to the item.
A credit will be made back to the buyers account/card on receipt of goods once arrived back at the Boutique. It is the buyers responsibility to arrange the return of goods, we recommend makind sure you ask for proof of delivery and goods are insured whilst in transit.
Postage/Shipping fees for despatch and returns will not be refunded for unwanted purchases.
All items are checked prior to despatch for any imperfections, if by chance there is a fault found with any purchase please email the Boutique straight away so we can look into and try and rectify. If items need to be returned we recomend items are sent using a safe method of post/shipping with proof of delivery and insured. Items are not the Boutique responsibity whilst in return transit.
We aim to provide the most acurate information relevant to each item if there is any descrepancy please contact the Boutique.
At the LBD Boutique our collections are handpicked with often only 1 piece in each size and style. The collections are on sale both in the Boutique and online and whilst we endeavour to keep both stock levels up to date there is the chance that a piece may sell before the system has been updated. In this instance a full refund will be issued straight away and an email to advise the buyer.
All purchases are accepted on a first come first served basis.
The price is correct at the time of purchase, prices can increase or decrease at anytime.
The LBD Boutique accepts payment via PayPal, Debit/Credit Card, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay by telephoning the boutique on 01451 870002 It is possible to make a bank transfer this must be arranged in advance by contacting the Boutique.
You have certain rights under the law in England, these are:
That any goods you order through this site will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and will conform to the description given on this site.
Certain remedies if a product is defective.
A right to cancel an order for a product within seven days commencing from the date of the receipt and receie a full refund even if it is not defective.
